Garden Picnic with War Histroy
Huimin called me last night to if i prefer a garden picnic with war history or jaws experience in thai seas. I chose the former, so today SL made sandwiches, Jac made mini cutie cup cakes, Yingni bought the famous Kong Ba Bao, Stan bought sausages and Huimin and me went to pick them up at City Hall before heading to Fort Canning for our Garden Picnic!

Our initial plan of having a picnic beside the pond (suggested by Huimin) was aborted when we realised that the pond that was shown on the map is actually a reservoir. -_-
So instead of sitting on the mats we brought, we sat on the benches.. =D
haha i dunno why huimin's expression is so funny...Anyway here's Jac's mini cutie cupcakes
that she claimed is very gao but we think are delicious.. needless to say we gobbled every morsel up...
There are so many ants on the ground that Jac and Yingni decided to stand on benches... Huimin say the ants never bite me cos my legs are too smelly.. rarrrr!!! smelly feet is good when u go picnicking ok!
After a while everyone starts to feel hot and sweaty so we asked someone nearby to take a group pic for us before we leave...
As usual, Huimin likes to stand behind me so that she looks small while i look like a dua bui sai!

the cafe is idyllically located at some ulu pandan place call Dempsey Road, accessible only by cars...Having stuffed ourselves at the picnic, we were actually already too full for anymore food, but we ordered 2 cakes to share.
We didnt regret cos both are super nice...
this is their specialty cake, i forgot the name but its basically some orange sponge cake with crunchy chocolate pieces in between and topped with chocolate ganache.
This is i forgot if it's double chocolate or triple chocolate cake.. nice too...
If you noticed, both pictures i took of the cakes has got forks in it, now u know why? =PPS cafe drove us out at 5pm cos they gotta close to prepare their dinner menu for the night...
Having nothing to do, girls can only think of shopping.. so we went orchard to shop and Huahua joined us...
We went Hans for dinner, Huahua ate while we snacked...

Woahh.. Haven blog so many photos for a long time, i'm so tired! I'm still trying to get my bday pix from my friends but everytime Msn screws it up! Will post my bday pix when i get them.. till then cya!
