While people are complaining about the hot weather out there, I'm freezing cold in the office everyday! I think the temperature is 15 degrees or sth... Super COLD la..

It's so cold to the extend that my colleague gotta wrap herself up like that. Grrrr...

In cold countries people dont bathe as many times as us Singaporeans during Winter. I remembered that my coach used to tell us about this Holland friend that he brought home to stay once and his whole house stank like garbage during his whole stay. Apparantly his Holland friend dont bathe everyday in his country, and he stuck to his usual routine when he came to Singapore. Oh yea.. you bet my coach used Dettol to clean his house after his friend left.

When the the office environment is so cold, i can understand that most people tend not to drink too much water or to wash their hands too often because drinking too much water makes you want to go to the toilet more often, and going toilet often means you need to wash your hands more often, and when your wet hands come out into the cold environment you feel like you're freezing again. But then, we still must wash our hands after going toilet right? It's personal hygiene man!

Today, while i was drying my wet hands after using the toilet, the woman was using the cubicle beside mine came out, wiped her hands on her skirt and happily walked out of the toilet.

I stared at her in disbelief.

Never wash hands one... Eeeew!!! YUCKS!

I think the woman felt embarassed by my stare because as soon as she stepped one foot out of the door, she turned back in to wash her hands. I think she suddenly remembered she needs to wash her hands when other people are in the toilet. I felt like vomiting when i think about how many times she goes toilet in a day and forgets to wash her hands. *pukes*

Can you imagine your colleagues suggest to order in KFC chicken or pizza, and when the delivery arrived, he/she who has the disgusting hygiene habit picks up the food and put it on your plate? I think after reading this, before you can lao sai you will puke first. hahaha..

ok la.. Let's just give her the benefit of the doubt that she really forgot to wash her hands because she's "too stress" with her work and she needs to hurry back to her office to finish watever work she gotta finish..

I wonder how many people like her in the office forget to wash their hands after using the toilet... *shudders*

Please remember to wash your hands after using toilet! Shank you very much!

Night Adventure at Katong n Siglap

It's been such a long time since i went to Katong...

Since Grace and me were working at parkway today, we decided to pay a visit to her old 'Jia Xiang' and the place i used to hang out after sch during jc times...

We decided to have the famous Katong Laksa for dinner. I thought there is only one famous laksa stall there but to my surprise, there are so many self-acclaimed "original Katong laksa" there. Most of them have posters of Mediacorp and Channel U artistes posing beside the stalls. And all the stalls are called Katong Laksa!

Which is the real Katong Laksa? Grace brought me to this 49 Laksa.. She claimed that she has been patronising that stall since young, so i assumed that is the real original one la...

See.. So much publicity! Even the minister also support...Must be super good!

Original Katong Laksa is to be eaten with only a spoon.. Hmm... very yummy indeed..

While exploring the stalls there we found this dish called "Tao Kua Pau" .. This apparantly is also one of Katong's famous food.. Ever heard of Tao Kua Pau? Tao Kua is bean curd in hokkien. Stupid Grace keep pronouncing it as Kau Sar Pau. I think she mean tao sar pau(red bean bun) but she got the whole meaning wrong also... her hokkien is CMI.. haha..

As the coffee shops at katong is super stuffy and hot, we decided ta bao the "Tao Kua Pau" and go chill out at one of the cafes at Siglap.

Grace: Alright, let's take a bus to Siglap.

Me: Eh Siglap is quite near, since we're feeling so full we can walk there..

Grace: Huh.. Are u crazy? It's a very very long way from here.. we're gonna take ages to walk there.. It's after TJ (Temasek JC) leh..

Me: NO... It's before TJ la u stupid..

Grace: EH.. hello.. this is my Jia Xiang ok.. i know this place better than you..

Me: But i'm quite sure it's before TJ... we can walk there..

Grace: I bet with you Siglap is after TJ...

Me: I BET with you Siglap is before TJ..

Grace: ( very confidently) ok lo.. we'll walk there and reach siglap 45 mins later.. den i will use the "Kau Sar Pau" to smash your head..

Me:ok lo... later see who is the one who will get smash by the Tau Kua Pau..

Meanwhile.... We happened to walk pass this house..

Very scary looking right?

So i told Grace," eh i think this place quite scary.."

Grace," HUh... u dont scare me..." Then we started to run.. Very dumb i know.. -_-

Anyway, Grace keep insisting that Siglap is too far away to walk to and she convinced me to take a bus to Siglap.

In the end? We alighted after 2 stops. I din even see TJ la... hai... Grace is such a MOMO..

After all the perspiration from walking, we decided to chill out at The Coffee Club.

And we ordered Fresh Fruits Chocolate Fondue!

I asked Grace to pose with the Fondue. Then to show that she enjoyed the fondue, she gave me a very cheesy pose.. haha..

Long time no see me?

I decide to add another entry to this forsaken blog. Finally got a break after 4 weeks of consecutive work. I've been eating lots of fatty food recently and i've put on weight! Urghh!!

So today i went blading with KJ... It's been such a long time since i last bladed... Shiok! I would have been better if i didnt get the scratches on my bum when i fell..

Now i cant sit without feeling the wound sticking onto my pants or skirt and feeling super painful when i stand up... TMD!

Went to meet Steph and Grace for dinner... The Wasabi Prawn Salad at
Coffee Club is good! Steph and me decided to take salad only as part of our diet regime... We ended up craving for cakes after that... -_-

I'm super tired now.. I'm writing for the sake of writing...wth... bye..
