One thing i love about this rather irregular job is my boss's flexibility. Cat knew that we were going party last night and allowed me n steph to report late for work! Went to work freaky late at 1pm. Admin work is mundane as usual with tasks of calling up customers and photocopying the application forms. I'm going to meet this rather tiko customer tmr to let him sign his Ikea form. :S
Why do i say that he is tiko?
Me: Hello sir, may i know your address?
CM: Heehee.. Y leh? (cheekily) I tot u said ur system will capture all the details since i'm ur existing OCBC customer?
Me: Sorry sir, our systems are not updated of your latest details so i need to clarify with u ur address again.
CM: Heehee... ohh.. ok loh.. blkxx, #xx-17, Toh Yi Road
Me: Sir, may i know your Ic no, birthdate, marital status and your highest qualifications? I need to fill this in cos the previous time u never fill up the form.
CM: Heehee.. wad marital status?
Me: Are you married or single sir?
CM: Heehee.. U think leh?
Me: ??? er.. married? (cos i was the one who served him thus seen him b4)
CM: (cheekily) If you say i'm married then married loh.. haha
Me: -_- Sir, so i'll tick on the married column?
CM: hehe ok lo.. -_-
CM: eh joey, u still working at orchard ar? I walked past never see you..
Me: Oh no sir, i'm currently working in the office at raffles place.
CM: Issit? Just now i also go there makan nv see you leh?
Me thinking: Stupid, raffles so big sure see me MEH? -_-
CM: anyway, when will i get my cards? I want to get my Ikea card leh. Want to go there eat the chicken wings very nice.. hehe
Me thinking: Stupid CM, Ikea is to buy furniture not to eat chicken wings!
Me: Sir, i only have ur Titanium and Best card app forms.
CM: huh? i applied for Ikea also leh. How can u all lose it?
Me: I'm very sorry sir, my colleagues might have misplaced it while sorting out the forms. Can i send u the Ikea form n business envelope so that u can sign and send back to me?
Stupid CM: huh? den must delay again.. if i nv get my Ikea card i dowan other cards also..
Me: (startled cos i dont want him to cancel his applications if not i'll have no commission) ok i tell you wad sir, i'll bring the form down for you to sign? den we can process ur applications immediately. =(
CM: (very happily) hehee.. okok that's better. -_-
I admit that i'm prejudiced cos i've since his tiko face before. This customer is not only Tiko but troublesome too.
Anyway, i've uploaded the pics we took last night while waiting at the super long queue to get into Zouk. Thank goodness Zhi Wei managed to get us in by the short cut cos his friend knows the bouncer there. We have him to thank for sending us back after zouk. =)
